Terms of Purchase

- All purchases are one-time payments.
- Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided.
- Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in your personal and commercial music productions.
- Redistribution, resale, sharing, or sublicensing of the original files is strictly prohibited.
- You will receive lifetime access to the purchased product, including any minor updates or improvements.
- Major future releases or new product versions may be offered separately.
- You are allowed to use these sounds in your own music, productions, and client work.
- You may not resell, distribute, or make the sounds available in isolation (e.g., as samples, packs, or libraries).
Sample Library License Agreement
All products by Skytown Records Music Group (including sounds, samples, loops, MIDI files, and audio content) remain the intellectual property of Skytown Records Music Group and are licensed, not sold, to the original purchaser.
License Grant
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the included sounds in your personal and commercial music productions, including:
- Songs and releases
- Client work
- Film, TV, and media productions
You may use these sounds without paying royalties.
Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute the sounds in their original or isolated form
- Use the sounds to create competing sample libraries, virtual instruments, or similar products
- Make the sounds available for download or extraction by others
Usage
All sounds must be used as part of a musical composition or production, combined with other elements.
The included demo tracks are for demonstration purposes only and may not be used in your own releases.
Ownership
All copyrights remain with Skytown Records Music Group.
This license grants usage rights only — not ownership of the original files.
Proof of purchase may be required to verify licensing rights.
Enforcement
Unauthorized use, distribution, or resale of this content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
